Three Monkeys + Boundary St Markets

Read about our little trip to a very cool cafe, and markets at West End.

Situated opposite The Burrow in West End is "Brisbane's most atmospheric cafe"~ Three Monkeys.

OK, so I went in and I'm not sure what kind of theme it was~ but I have gathered the cues and figured it was Arabic/Cambodian/Indian- inspired.

I ordered the marshmallow macchiato IN A BOWL. It was huge ~~~

It's a really cool/chill place. Dim lights. A lot of cute small wooden tables.
Free water.

Cakes were big, $8, last time I had the oreo cheesecake one, and my friend got the White chocolate.. so rich. One cake= 3 people.

Not a bad thing about this little place. About the only cafe that is still 100% alive on Saturday night.

Overall, good value, good service, great atmosphere.
5/5. ★★★★★

Only a quick stroll and we were greeted with the Boundary St markets, which I never knew existed until now.

Lots of food/drinks/ local business and there are more indoor ones, I found second-hand records for $5-$10 but unfortunately did not want to carry them around at the time.

Went into this second-hand OP shop type store called "SWOP clothing exchange", some of the items looked so vintage and super-indie, found some awesome unique men's jackets.
Pretty cool.

Explored into the markets a bit and found a chill bar area where a band was setting up and the DJ was playing reggae music, some couches were laid out.. BRING THE GANJA

COOL THINGS. OK ANYWAY BYE
