30 things to do today to improve your mood


Hey lovelies, make today a fab day by following these simple tips

  1. Listen to majestic casual (x)
  2. Drink tea (would recommend black tea with milk)
  3. Do stretches (move ya booty)
  4. Go take a step outside and see what's shaking in the real world (in the sunshine, try to aim for more than 60 seconds.)
  5. Water plants 
  6. Play music (would recommend: Dancing)
  7. Write music
  8. Eat chocolate (would recommend: dark)
  9. Write down anything. A note/poem/draw
  10. Eat fruit (i.e. WATERMELON)
  11. Masturbate your way to euphoria (a.k.a. flick the bean, choke the chicken, clean the rifle.) 
  12. Have a kitty nap
  13. Have a kitty take a nap on you
  14. Pat a kitty
  15. Win the lotto
  16. Do starjumps
  17. Create something (and destroy it?) 
  18. Bake
  19. Shower (would recommend: singing)
  20. Watch a feel-good movie (would not recommend: Titanic, The Notebook)
  21. Watch a funny YouTube video (would recommend: Filthyfrank & Nigahiga)
  22. Laugh (by yourself, with people, who cares.)
  23. Cry (preferably by yourself. Let those feels out. Perhaps laugh too much, you cry?)
  24. Hug something/someone (I generally just go for my pillow pet)
  25. Lay down on the grass and tune into nature
  26. Paint your nails- Girls? Guys too, I won't judge
  27. Blog?!?! shiet homie.
  28. Eat,
  29. Pray, 
  30. Love.
