Nothing can get more Vietnamese than Cabramatta in the Sydney suburbs. Don't expect fancy, just expect good authentic Vietnamese Bun Bo Hue.
The noodles were good, broth was good-- not too salty or bland. Perfect amount of meat.
Good serving size, good price, speedy, just everything I expected. Coagulated pig's blood anyone?
