Pressing on regardless

I met a very nice man when I was working in the mental health hospital, who was clinically diagnosed with major depression. Every time I asked him how he is feeling he always responds with "pressing on regardless" and he would smile.

I like that. I think that is a good saying, keep on going-- even when you are finding things a bit difficult right now. It's like Float On by Modest Mouse. Don't worry we'll all float on alright ~~(song's good).
