How to determine Korotkoff sounds in Blood Pressure

Health students! I get so confused about what the hell do I actually have to listen to when measuring BP..but I think this video perfectly sums up the most complicated thing to comprehend. It's actually very simple and no need to overthink.

First thump= Systolic

 and last thump= Diastolic.
