It's located at Westfield Garden City, next to Hungry Jacks and Mos burger.
The wait was long. It tasted home-made, in a good way. I found that the BBQ sauce and mayo was a bit too overwhelming. The mayo tasted too tangy for my liking, gimme that full fat mayo! But it's your choice of BBQ/tomato or sweet chili sauce. (Should've chosen sweet chilli! That regret!)
I expected the chicken to be marinated somehow but maybe that was the BBQ chicken...Anyway, the crispy chicken tasted like a schnitzel. But it was better, bigger, and more meaty and the crispy coating was divine. However, my chicken inside was a little pink, I think (?)
The salad ingredients were kinda basic. Just iceberg lettuce and tomato. Also sausage-sizzley onions.
The bun was fantastic, nice and toasty like turkish bread. Irregular, but still good. The fries were pretty ordinary and resembled thin/soggy hungry jacks fries.
The whole burger was big and tasted fresh. Very much filling. But missing that "WOW" factor.
Not the best burger I've tried but it wasn't bad. It was OKish.
Overall:
- Crisp: 10. Chicken was definitely crispy. i'll give ya that
- First bite: crisp !!
- fresh
- Generous serving. Big burger
- Wow factor: 1
- Nice buns
- Could improve on the sauces & salad: like, just a suggestion but garlic aioli would've tasted amazon'
- Service was friendly. The cashier said "dine in or takeaway?" I wasn't entirely clear on what he said and I somehow awkwardly answered with "Coke", but he just laughed about it
2.5/5.

Maybe/probs not recommend?
